UPCOMING TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data have become ubiquitous across all sectors of the economy. At present, industries large and small are investigating opportunities for improved data utilization or AI to support organizational performance improvement and by extension their competitive advantage. Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) represent the growth engine of most economies, and yet struggle with capital finance and leveraging technology and talent to scale. Access to staff and technical know-how to leverage the power of data within SMEs for better optimization of resources, productivity and revenue remains a challenge. During this workshop, Dr. Dyer will help SMEs learn how to “ramp up” their analytic & AI driven decision-making and technology adoption through improved understanding of the requirements and technologies of scale given capital constraints.
Dr. Ronald A. Dyer is the Programme Director for the Sheffield University Management School Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) in Sheffield, England. He is a Senior University Instructor with 20+ years of experience focused on risk evaluation, monitoring, and evaluation of ICT-based organizational transformation initiatives across financial services, agriculture, energy, and education.
