M3 CEO & President, Melissa Barrington has over an 18-year career providing Management Consulting services across multiple federal agencies, state and local government, private and public sectors.  Ms. Barrington holds a DOD Secret Clearance, a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and possesses advanced graduate level coursework in Operations Management and Education.  She’s also a former professional educator.  Eight (8) years was spent at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate Consultant and Lead Liaison between clients provided a foundation whereby, she was recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in her areas of client delivery.

 

Ms. Barrington’s graduate level coursework in education, and her 5 years’ experience as a professional educator offers a unique asset to clients which is the power of building relationships, seeking input from stakeholders, and mapping out the strategy to make the vision of an organization come true.  This is key to building trust and respect with clients and everyone she interacts with. She is purpose driven, motivated with a desire to help and support the strategic goals of an organization with an ability to examine and improve processes.

 

Ms. Barrington has extensive years of experience in: Software Development, Project Management, Business Development and Proposal Management, Program Management Office Support: Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), Category Management, IT Strategic Planning and IT Portfolio Management, Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), Business Process Re-engineering, and IT Related Services supporting Acquisition and Procurement services under federal, state, and local government contracts.
